Employee satisfaction is at an all time high in Classic LifeCare! The results are in from the 2015 Classic LifeCare Employee Survey – and we’re happy you’re happy!

We use the data collected in these surveys to continually analyze and improve the way we run Classic LifeCare.

The survey revealed that 97% of you feel we are responsive to staff feedback, 99% of you report you have strong work/life balance and 95% of you feel you belong to a team.

98% of you would recommend Classic to friends and family requiring care and 99% of you rate Classic as an excellent or good place to work.

The employee satisfaction displayed by our staff is resulting in great results amongst our clients. We also recently surveyed our clients and are happy to report some great results:

  • 93% of clients surveyed would recommend Classic LifeCare to a relative, friend or neighbour.
  • 89% of clients rated Classic LifeCare’s overall services as excellent or good.
  • 87% of clients rated their health care worker’s overall ability to meet their needs as excellent or good.
