Client Feedback:
A family member of one of Jeannette’s clients kindly provided feedback, highlighting her excellent care and compassion:
“Jeannette is a truly amazing Healthcare Worker, and we are blessed to have her in our lives. Jeannette came into our lives two years ago when my grandfather got diagnosed with dementia. Things started to take a turn for the worst, and I thank the universe every day that she did. It would be truly an understatement to say we would be lost without Jeannette. She arrives every day in great spirit, and goes above and beyond in her work.
When we first started this journey, I was scared to trust someone to care for my papa at 91 years. However from day one I knew Jeannette would care for him the way he deserves. The work she does in our house and the support she gives is outstanding. From helping my papa shower, making him breakfast, doing the laundry, cleaning the living space, vacuuming, and more. What means the most to me is the emotional support she has provided. She is there on both the good days and the bad days when I have cried in her arms.
Jeannette has given me a gift that I will NEVER in my life forget and I will always owe her. She gave me the gift of having my papa stay home with me. Jeannette deserves every award possible because she is the true definition of what a Healthcare Worker should be! She has set an unmatched standard and something everyone in this line of work should strive to be. Thank you, Jeannette, for all the talks, the cries, and the laughter! Without Jeannette, we would not be the same.”
